The doom and gloom of recent times appears to be waning and thoughts are turning to how 2010 could become a more prosperous year. Through the recession, we have all become more acutely aware of how we run our cash-flow, and have perhaps delayed important decisions that relate to our ongoing long term business strategy, choosing instead to put things on hold whilst we considered the outcome of what the recession would bring. In reality, all of the issues surrounding the protection of our business will always be there. So, if we haven't yet dealt with the real impact of the recession on our long term business strategy, it would be prudent to say that now is the time to make the necessary arrangements to put ourselves back on track.
